IPN - Universal is a privately-owned company, founded in 1992. The company is located in the main industrial region in the city of Ruse, close to the Danube river in Northeastern Bulgaria.
In its infancy the company was primarily focused on the trade of steel wires and Bonnell springs in Bulgaria and abroad. With the accumulation of sufficient capital and training, the company expanded its operations by investing in the construction of a factory and production line of springs and spring systems from the leader in the industry - the Swiss company Spuhl.
Today the company has several production lines and sufficient know-how, to meet the requirements of the most demanding customers.
We believe that to succeed in a world of increasing global competition, the focus of each company should be the quality of the product that it offers. The identity of each company is the product it offers and the product's quality reflects the value of the company.
This vision is also our mission - to find solutions for improving the quality of our product, no matter the costs. For the same reason we constantly invest in the latest equipment and in increasing our human capital by training our employees.

IPN - Universal owns several production lines, sufficient highly-qialified personnel and storage space to accommodate the production and delivery of Bonnell springs, in very short terms, to destinations in Central and Western Europe.
Bonnell springs are the most widely used springs in the world. With their 100-year history and over 60% market share worldwide they have proven to be the most preferred product for healthy sleep.
Thanks to our experience in producing Bonnell springs we are proud of the high quality of our products. In order to achieve this we use machines of the Swiss company Spuhl and wires produced according to our specifications.
IPN - Universal offers a wide variety of Bonnell springs, depending on the needs of our customers. The number of springs, height, width, length and firmness can be tailored according to the customer's needs.
